Re: HFC U10: Practice and Parents Meeting

Team:

Thanks for the turn out at the parents meeting.  Thanks also for the questions and braving the not so warm weather.  As a follow-up to the meeting please respond to the following:
  1. Night at the Revolution - Please RSVP before end of week.  If you are going please send in the order form and send me an email with the name of the player and number of tickets.  If you will not be able to participate please email me as well, as I may have to extend invitations to other players to fill out the rosters.  As I mentioned, I hope all the players get a chance to participate.
  2. April 29th games - All the teams have games on Sunday, April 29th.  Please let me know if your player will not make the game asap, as this is the last day of April break and I want to make sure we have full rosters for the games.
  3. Girl extra games - If there are girls who would like to get an extra game in by helping fill out the boys game rosters, please email me and let me know by Wednesday.
If you were not able to make the parent meeting here are some of the topics we discussed.  If you have any questions please let me know.

HFC U10: Night at the Revolution INFO

Team:

A few people have noticed that the Boys Red team has a game scheduled on the Night at the Revolution day, Saturday May 12, and have asked if this means those boys cannot participate.  That game will be rescheduled.  BU10 Red players should plan on participating in the event.

My hope is that every u10 boy and girl participates in the Night at the Revolution event.  It is a ton of fun for the players and something they will remember for years to come.  They may play 12 games this season, but I can guarantee you the one they will remember 5 years from now is playing in Gillette stadium.

Thanks and as always, let me know if you have questions.

HFC/ASC Night at the Revolution

U10 Team:

We have signed up for the Night at the Revolution, an opportunity to play a game on the Gillette stadium field and see a Revolution soccer game.  I did this last year with the BU11 team and it was a great experience and a lot of fun for the players!  We will be taking a boys team and a girls team to the event.

NH Soccer Association and the Revolution are sponsoring a Night at the Revolution.  The kids get to play a game on Gillete stadium field and then after watch the Revolution play a game.  As part of the deal we need to commit to 30 tickets per team.  We will be opening this up to everyone in the club and last year we sold 69 tickets with just one team.  The tickets are $25 ($10 discount).  See the attached flyer for details.

If you are interested, please respond with the name of the player and how many tickets you will need.  You will also need to fill out the attached order form and turn it in to me.

Please reply and let me know:

player name
number of tickets

I will be looking for at least 10 boys and 10 girls to commit, although I will take as many as want to participate.  If you commit to the tickets, once we order, you will be responsible paying and finding alternates if for some reason you cannot attend.

Let me know if you have any questions.  Thanks

PLAY A GAME ON THE
GILLETTE STADIUM FIELD BEFORE THE REVOLUTION!

Games will be 8v8, 25 minutes, u8-u16 boys and girls

Space is very limited within each age group

Spots can be reserved with minimum purchase of 30 tickets

First come, first served

ASC u10 Spring Season

Team:

Welcome to the ASC u10 pool and the Spring season.  The last winter training day is Tuesday at the Dome.  If the weather is ok and the town opens the fields we will be starting outdoor practice this Wednesday at the Upper Wilkins field at 5:30pm.

If you are not familiar with the u10 website please take a look at:

This season we will have 3 teams.  Blue and Red boys teams and a Girls team.  Coach Shad, Mike, and Angela will be returning for the Spring season.  The schedules have been posted and are available on the website.  The team rosters are available there as well.

We have a couple of exciting events this season.  The most exciting is a Night at the Revolution.  Both the boys and the girls will have a chance to play a game in Gillete stadium before a New England Revolution game.  I participated in this event last year with the U11 team and it was a great success and enjoyed by all who participated.  Look forward to more information soon.

If you have any questions, please email or call.  See you at practice.
