Winter training was a good experience and the players learned a lot.
Lots of improvement from the Fall season.
Playing 6v6 - 8 game season from 4/15 to 6/10
3 teams - 2 Boys, 1 Girls
First game Boys Blue Sunday 4/15, Boys Red and Girls Red on Sunday 4/29
Focus on player development
primarily on individual technique (secondary tactics, fitness, psycho-social)
Game time is important to development
All Players who put in the effort will receive equal playing time
Understand that players cannot always make 3 practices a week all the time
Important that:
- contact team coach and Coach Mark when not going to make a game
- show up on time
games (45 min before) - leave extra time for away games
practices (15 min before)
Boys teams will need 2+ players per games (only 7 rostered players per boys team)
Players will come from other boys team, u9 playing up, and girls if interested
Girls who are interested in extra games should contact Coach Mark
Will provide game by game roster to everyone

Did this last year with u11 team and it was a great experience
